Hello, my name is Jan Petersen and I am so excited to be a part of the CHHS team. I currently teach Grade 7 Humanities/LA and Grade 9 Film Studies.
I was born and raised in Brooks, AB and moved to Medicine Hat to begin teaching in MHPSD in 2004. I taught for 16 years in the Outreach programs before moving to CHHS last year.
I love reading and being a sport parent for my two children. I look forward to success and fun this year with staff and students!
